The attack comes just a day after a raid carried out by Al-Shabaab on a military base in the Yaqshid district of Mogadishu . According to different sources the battle was very heavy lasting between 30 to 45 minutes. A spokesman for the government claimed that the Somali Armed Forces resisted the attack, however seven people were killed he said, yet didn’t clarify who they were or from which side.
